Please note that submitting information on our website does not guarantee or confirm service. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive an official confirmation email from our team.

We also offer a prepay option. If you prefer, you may provide payment by phone. Reservations are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

Your information is used solely for the purpose of scheduling and completing transportation services. We do not sell, share, or disclose your information to third parties. All data is kept confidential and protected to the best of our ability.

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to South East Atlantic Transportation (SEAT)! By booking or using our transportation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • A valid credit card is required to confirm all reservations.

  • Special rates and surcharges may apply for holidays, special events, or extended service areas. Please contact our dispatch team for details.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time to receive a refund, minus a 30% processing and reservation fee.

  • For non-airport transportation, we allow 15 minutes of complimentary wait time.

  • For airport arrivals, we allow 30 minutes of complimentary wait time for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights.

  • Additional wait time will be billed in 30-minute increments at the vehicle’s hourly rate.

  • No-shows will be charged the full fare.

  • For airport or port pickups, please contact us immediately upon arrival at (305) 338-8435 so our dispatcher can assist you.

  • Greeting services are available upon request for an additional fee.

  • Any changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be subject to the full fare charge.

  • Gratuity is not included in the base fare.
